Main purpose of the role:

We are seeking a senior DCM or structure products lawyer available for interim client assignments.

Person specification:

• You are a qualified lawyer with 5 -8 years’ PQE.
• You have significant post-qualification experience working on a range of DCM or structure products matters.
• You will have trained at a top tier law firm and will ideally have inhouse financial services experience.
• You are able to act independently, whilst also working effectively as part of a team.
• You have excellent academics with the ability to juggle multiple matters, prioritise work effectively and provide timely solutions in a busy, fast - paced environment.
• You are commercially minded.
• You are flexible with a willingness to work additional hours on occasion as required.
