CASETiFY is now looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager who will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast paced environment and be detail-oriented. He/she will initiate and execute marketing activations via different channels based on the given objective and focuses of the Brand.
Responsibilities
Growth Marketing:
Develop and execute performance-driven marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement for Hong Kong.
Optimize marketing funnels using data insights to improve conversion rates and ROI across all channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., eCommerce, CRM, Growth Team) to implement growth initiatives and customer journey enhancements.
Identify and leverage new growth channels, including paid media, influencer partnerships, and referral programs.
Conduct A/B testing and experimentation across various touchpoints to enhance campaign performance.
Content Marketing & Social Media Campaign Execution:
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and business goals.
Develop compelling localized content strategies with local teams and agencies that resonate with the Hong Kong audience while maintaining global brand consistency.
Manage content creation, distribution, and optimization across multiple platforms, including social media, email, and the CASETiFY website.
Work with designers, copywriters, and Global Creative teams to ensure high-quality creative output.
Collaborate with local teams to localize global campaigns for the Hong Kong market.
Data Analytics & Performance Tracking:
Establish clear, data-backed KPIs for all marketing campaigns and ensure performance tracking.
Analyze campaign data to derive actionable insights and optimize marketing strategies accordingly.
Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, CRM platforms) to monitor customer behavior and campaign effectiveness.
Prepare reports and present key findings to Marketing Manager.
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above in Business, Marketing, Communication or equivalent.
Minimum 5+ years or relevant experience in Marketing, E-commerce or Consumer Products preferred, with people management experience is a plus.
Strong number-centric mindset is a MUST.
Proven track record of leading marketing projects with high ROI.
Skilled in analyzing data, translating numbers into actionable insights, and liaising with internal stakeholders and agencies to drive sales growth and marketing KPI.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Passionate about technology, fashion, lifestyle brands, and be part of a growing team.
Existing connections in fashion, lifestyle, or entertainment industries are a plus.
