Purpose of Position

CASETiFY seeks a highly motivated and driven individual for the Assistant Business Development Manager position within our Global Wholesale team. Reporting directly to the Global Senior Business Development Manager, this role will be pivotal in expanding our global presence and establishing strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, coupled with a passion for driving business growth.


Job Description

  • Spearhead the development of new business partnerships, with a focus on the APAC & EMEA markets and B2B opportunities.
  • Oversee key accounts to ensure seamless operations, revenue maximization, and account growth.
  • Lead and manage collaborative partner projects, marketing initiatives, and offline activities to align with business goals.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee successful project implementation.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Create persuasive proposals and presentations for potential partners.
  • Conduct market research, develop sales forecasts, and offer insights to inform business decisions and strategic planning.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to cultivate a positive work environment.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in wholesale, e-commerce, or consumer products is preferred.
  • A strong understanding of the global wholesale market and business development principles.
  • Leadership, problem-solving, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
