We’re seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead client acquisition and guide new business opportunities from initial contact to successful project completion. This is a commission-based role offering substantial earnings potential for high-performing individuals.
Role Overview:
As our Business Development Executive, you’ll oversee the entire sales cycle—identifying promising leads, negotiating contracts, and nurturing client relationships to ensure project success. You’ll have the chance to play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint across APAC.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the hospitality and real estate sectors.
• End-to-End Sales: Manage all phases of the sales process, from lead generation to contract execution, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, fostering trust and repeat business.
Requirements:
• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably with hardware or technical solutions.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close complex deals exceeding $250k in value.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
• Willingness to travel throughout the APAC region.
