Job Description
Provide first-tier system support by fine-tuning settings and resolving simple technical issues related to dedicated systems.
Deliver customized settings to client IT teams and related personnel, ensuring satisfaction with system performance.
Keep documentation up-to-date.
Job Requirements
Proven experience with Microsoft Windows.
Demonstrated ability to independently acquire new skills and knowledge.
Good communication skills in Cantonese (spoken) and English (written).
