As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our chiropractors and ensuring the smooth operation of our studio. Key Responsibilities
- Assist chiropractors with client care and treatments
- Schedule and manage client appointments
- Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality
- Educate client on chiropractic procedures and wellness practices
- Prepare studio rooms and ensure a clean, safe environment
- Handle administrative tasks such as billing and insurance processing
- Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients
Potential Projects
- Client Wellness Workshops: Organise and facilitate educational workshops to promote overall wellness and preventative care inside and outside of the studio.
- Community Outreach Programs: Develop and participate in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about the benefits of chiropractic care.
- Client Feedback Systems: Implement and manage systems to gather and analyse client feedback to continually improve our services.
- Health and Wellness Content Creation: Assist in creating informative and engaging content for our social media platforms to educate our clients on various health topics.
- Custom Service Initiatives: Develop and implement studio service strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Extra Requirements
- Educational Background: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role is advantageous. Familiarity with chiropractic care is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in basic computer applications, including scheduling software and electronic health records.
- Personal Qualities: Compassionate, client-oriented, and able to work well under pressure. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Language: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is an added advantage.
Work Hours & Holiday
- 39.5 hours per week - working in the studio and at the back office
- 14 days annual leaves
