As a Louis Vuitton Beauty Stylist, you will be a dedicated expert in beauty and fragrance, playing a critical role in establishing this new métier for our Maison. As a skilled artist, you will curate exceptional client journeys and craft unforgettable experiences. You will combine technical expertise with innovative storytelling, acting as an ambassador for the Louis Vuitton beauty vision.
The Beauty Stylist is a store-based role, providing crucial support to our Client (Sales) Advisors in delivering special client experiences. You will be an inspiration to fellow store members, showcasing your beauty knowledge and skills – actively contributing to a culture of excellence.
Job responsibilities
Act as the store’s expert stylist in beauty and fragrance
Dress our esteemed clients with tailored, complementary and full beauty looks that enrich the Louis Vuitton Silhouette
Foster strong brand connections with our clients through innovative, compelling storytelling
Deliver ultra-luxurious, memorable and custom beauty experiences to all clients, cultivating long-lasting relationships
Promote a learning culture and provide coaching to Client Advisors, elevating the store’s overall Beauty and Fragrance capabilities
Maintain high standards of professionalism, organization and makeup hygiene at the workplace
Be a true collaborator, showing versatility, inclusivity and team spirit
Profile
Proven ability to provide exceptional client service in a luxury environment, with 3+ years in luxury beauty or make-up retail
Masterful makeup application skills – with advanced knowledge of products, color, techniques and tools
Team coaching: Passion to share beauty knowledge, techniques and skills. Thrives in team environments, helping to inspire and develop the store’s beauty community.
Fashion-Forward Mindset: High sensibility to latest trends in beauty, fashion, art and culture. Innovative approach and a keen eye to the latest cutting-edge trends.
