Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and cloud solutions.
• Ensure high availability, security, and performance of IT systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
• Implement and maintain security policies and procedures in compliance with industry standards.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support application and business requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure configurations and processes.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Support IT governance, compliance, and risk management initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least Bachelor's degree in Computing or related.
• 1-3 related working experience. Have relevant experience in-charge management and operation of IT hardware, software, communication, and/or application solutions. Experience in delivering related lT projects.
• Good communication skills.
