Lead the strategic launch and growth of Louis Vuitton's beauty sector in North Asia, driving brand desirability and excellence through market insights, stakeholder collaboration, and innovative client experiences.
Missions
Play a core leadership role in driving the new launch of beauty sector in North Asia (Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and South Korea), with strong partnership with stakeholders in both HQ and local related functions.
Integrate local market insights with the global strategy to establish a clear and compelling brand purpose and enhance desirability.
Coordinate with cross functional key stakeholders, including global beauty teams, retail, communication and events, e-commerce etc. to achieve shared goals through better synergy.
Enable and inspire the organization in the new world of luxury beauty. Educate the team with beauty & cosmetic mindset & expertise, drive leading client experiences and promote beauty within the LV ecosystem.
Conduct market research and analysis to gain a deep understanding of North Asia markets’ consumers, identifying trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
Profil
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the beauty industry, with a proven track record in leadership roles and successful product launches.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.

Knowledge: Deep understanding of luxury beauty market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape in North Asia.

Language: Fluency in English and at least one local language (Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean).
Travel: Willingness to travel frequently within the region and occasionally to HQ
