Responsibilities

• Provide general clerical support including data input into different Revenue Services related computer systems
• Assist in handling correspondences in relation to By-laws enforcement, surcharge appeals, ticketing enquiries and passenger complaints

Requirements

• Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including English Language
• A minimum of 1 year’s work experience
• Good PC knowledge, and interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in customer service is an advantage
