Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution Support

  • Assist Team Lead in implementing campaign initiatives
  • Support preparation and distribution of campaign materials
  • Help track and report campaign performance metrics
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for campaign rollout
  • Maintain campaign documentation and databases
  • Progress to managing smaller campaigns independently
  • Learn campaign strategy and optimization techniques

Team Administrative Management

  • Coordinate team meetings and maintain team calendar
  • Support team communication and correspondence
  • Assist in creating team presentations and reports
  • Maintain team equipment and resources inventory

Budget & Resource Coordination

  • Support budget tracking and expense monitoring
  • Process invoices and maintain financial records
  • Assist in preparing budget reports
  • Learn budget forecasting and planning
  • Support procurement processes
  • Maintain cost tracking documentation

Operational Support:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Support Team Lead in daily operations
  • Help prepare operational reports and updates
  • Assist in maintaining department dashboards
  • Support compliance documentation
  • Handle basic stakeholder queries

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, or related field in financial sectors. Knowledge of insurance industry and products is a definite advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using marketing automation software/CRM tools
