Role Purpose:

As Partnerships Officer in International Buying Team, you will be responsible for supporting supplier communication and services deliverables management as well as providing business insights, and relevant & timely meeting packs to support supplier management and Group projects.

A typical day in this Role:

• Supplier relationship and services management – support Top to Top meetings, business review deck preparation and meeting arrangement, and ensure service delivery
• Drive AS Watson and suppliers’ regional projects, which involve Offline+ Online (O+O) commercial strategy, category development, etc.
• Close engagement and meaningful connections between multi-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Event management- support regional committee meetings, Global Suppliers Conference, workshops, virtual connections preparation.

• Relevant experience in Retail and FMCG industry would be a plus.
• Good project management, collaboration skills along with strong growth mindset.
• Strong analytical & presentation skills to provide clear and evidence-based case studies & recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Passionate for long-term career development in the O+O (offline + online) retail industry.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
