Our client is a premier Online Shopping Platform is now seeking for a high caliber to join their team as Customer Service Representative for Email and Live Chat team to cater the premium online platform
JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide customer service and inquiries via Live chat apps and emails
Maintain good relationship with premier customers
Handle and follow up member request
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Higher Diploma or above
1 year Experience in customer service industry
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18,000.00 - $21,000.00 per month
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
