In this dynamic role, you will work closely with our marketing team and collaborate closely with our esteemed educational institutions. Your primary objectives will be to provide comprehensive support to students and their families throughout the entire application and enrollment process.

From understanding each individual's unique academic background and aspirations to facilitating a seamless arrival at their desired study destination, you will be the driving force behind their success. Responsibilities

Student Consultation: Engage with students and their parents to understand their academic background, career goals, and aspirations. Provide personalised guidance to help them explore suitable institutions and courses.

Institution Liaison: Collaborate with educational institutions to stay updated on admission requirements, programme offerings, and other relevant information. Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional partners to ensure smooth communication and efficient processing of applications.

Application Management: Assist students in completing application forms, preparing supporting documents, and meeting submission deadlines. Ensure accuracy and completeness of application materials, including academic transcripts, reference letters, and personal statements.

Offer Management: Track and facilitate communication between institutions and students regarding admission decisions, scholarship offers, and enrollment details. Help students evaluate their options and make informed decisions.

Visa Assistance: Provide guidance on the student visa application process, including documentation requirements and deadlines.

Seminars and Presentations: Conduct seminars and presentations on overseas education opportunities, highlighting the benefits of studying abroad and providing insights into various study destinations, institutions, and courses. Deliver engaging and informative sessions to prospective students and parents.

Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with students, parents, and institutional partners through various channels, such as email, phone calls, and in-person meetings. Respond promptly to inquiries and concerns to provide excellent customer service and foster positive relationships.

English Proficiency: Possess strong written and spoken English skills to effectively communicate with students, parents, and institutional partners. Ensure clarity and accuracy in written correspondence and deliver articulate presentations.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, counselling, international relations)
  • Proven experience in education counseling or related roles
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Attention to detail and meticulousness in managing application processes
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of study abroad programs, admission procedures, and visa regulations
  • Familiarity with international education systems and curricula
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
