Job Title: Airport Operations Manager
Job Purpose:
Oversee airport operations, ensuring safety, compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction while managing vendors, suppliers, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead third-party vendors and suppliers to meet performance targets.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and reduce operational issues.
- Control operational costs and drive performance improvements.

- External: Manage vendors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to ensure operational success.
Educational & Experience Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or similar.
- Experience: 6+ years in airport operations, ideally in a metro/hub airport. Knowledge of aviation regulations and safety procedures.
- Desired: Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software.
