Responsible for the development and implementation of charity campaigns which align with global fundraising strategy in maximizing revenue, expanding donor database and raising awareness in support of Orbis’s mission and work. The segments include corporations, associations, foundations and religious groups.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute fundraising projects to meet financial goals and strategies
Cultivate and work with existing and potential partners on fundraising initiatives
Identify fundraising opportunities from the above segments especially corporations and associations
Build awareness of Orbis by giving presentations in events
Plan, implement and review direct marketing campaigns and other fundraising campaigns
Solicit gift-in-kind donation for assigned fundraising campaigns
Follow up stewardship recognition and loyalty plan for organizations’ donors
Research and update market intelligence about other corporate fundraising programs
Assist and participate in Orbis’s activities as requested
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
University graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
3 – 5years of working experience in business development, corporate sales and/or fundraising preferred
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese/Mandarin
Creative, well-organized and proactive with can-do attitude
Good presentation skills and telephone manner
Attention to details and able to meet deadlines
Able to work independently but also a good team player
Strong in computer knowledge including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet. Ability to use AI is a plus.
