Zeux is a Hong Kong-based fintech company, your premier partner in the payment industry. We provide cross-border payment services and money exchange (FX).


Responsibilities:

1. Maintain statutory records, including the register of directors, shareholders, and company secretarial documents.


2. Prepare and file Annual Returns, Board Resolutions, and other statutory filings with the Companies Registry.


3. Organize and coordinate Board of Directors and Shareholder meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and resolutions.


4. Prepare and maintain corporate documents, contracts, and official correspondence.


5. Handle changes in company structure, such as appointments/resignations of directors, share transfers, and amendments to company articles.


6. Liaise with the Companies Registry, Inland Revenue Department (IRD), and other regulatory bodies.


7. Coordinate with external advisors, auditors, legal counsels, and financial institutions on corporate matters.


8. Ensure the company adheres to corporate governance best practices.


9. Monitor and implement corporate laws and regulations changes that may impact the business.


10. Assist in applying for and maintaining business licenses, permits, and regulatory approvals.


11. Open bank accounts in Hong Kong banks for trade companies.


12. Register new companies and ensure compliance with incorporation requirements.


13. Prepare and submit all necessary documents for corporate and regulatory purposes.


14. Act as a representative for multiple companies, handling official matters on their behalf.


Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.


2. 3–5 years of experience in corporate governance, company secretarial work, or regulatory compliance.


3. In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622), corporate governance practices, and company registration procedures.


4. Experience in opening bank accounts for companies and managing statutory filings with relevant authorities.


5. Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail in preparing minutes, resolutions, and corporate documentation.


6. Fluency in English and Cantonese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
