Job Overview


We’re looking for a talented, commercially driven individual who will play a key role in building pipeline and generating leads to support our rapidly growing business. As a key member of the sales team, you will work closely with our business development, account management and marketing teams to research, prospect and create opportunities.

The ideal candidate for this role is a self-starter with high energy and a competitive mindset that can learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be communicating frequently with senior stakeholders at the largest global financial institutions and non-financial corporates.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Conduct 350+ outbound cold calls per week, engaging with potential customers in a professional and personable manner along with targeted emails, LinkedIn messages and other various follow up methods
  • Meet meetings booked target and sales-qualified opportunities target per quarter through consistent, high-quality outreach efforts.
  • Follow a multi-touch sequence (calls, emails, social media) to engage and nurture leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective touchpoints.
  • Assess and qualify both inbound and outbound leads against defined criteria, ensuring only high-potential prospects move forward in the sales process.
  • Partner with Account Executives to refine outreach strategies, tailor messaging for target accounts, and coordinate on follow-up activities.
  • Set up discovery calls and meetings with qualified prospects, providing a seamless handoff to Account Executives for deeper sales conversations.
  • Qualify marketing-generated leads and help drive attendance and follow-up for webinars, conferences, and other events.
  • Accurately record all prospect interactions, call notes, and activity data in Salesforce, maintaining clean and up-to-date records.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics (e.g., call volume, meetings booked, qualified opportunities), sharing insights and recommendations with the broader sales team.


Required Qualifications and experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Econometrics, Finance, Marketing or Business Management or similar
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills
  • Strong understanding of how to use social media outlets like LinkedIn and Twitter to identify potential clients
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic, capable of delivering on target metrics
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • 0-2 years Sales experience ideally in a SaaS business
