Support and manage the digital strategy and roadmap of Sunlife Digital Client Service & Customer Engagement Applications
Responsible for the solution engineering and estimations based on the business requirements
Participate in key projects for expansion of the business to ensure seamless implementation
Troubleshoot problem and propose recommendation to solve issue
Manage the vendor and internal off-shore teams for development, testing, deployment, production support and new product launch
Actively manage risks and issues related to the project and provide status updates to the relevant stakeholders
First line support to the Key stakeholders / Hotlines for day-to-day enquiries and issues
Involve in system development lifecycle including user requirement collection, analysis and design, development, SIT, UAT, training, documentation and ongoing support
Coordinate and Monitor System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing
Work with vendor to follow up Pentest & Vulnerable test, server upgrade etc.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related discipline
Over 8 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in Insurance and Finance sector
Solid experience in Project Management and system integrations
Good knowledge of Mobile App, Cloud platform, DevOps tools and modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, Node.js, etc.) are definitely an advantage
Preferable for knowledge in areas such as PL/SQL programming, XML, JSON, API, Control-M
Knowledge of multi-tiered web/mobile application architecture and infrastructure components (High Availability, Load Balancing, DB Connectivity)
Basic network and firewall knowledge is an added advantage
Familiarity with server certificate renewal
Experience with Data Visualization and Dashboard Tools (i.e. Tableau, Power BI) and Single Sign-on Solution is a plus
Proven experience of project management tools (e.g. Confluence / Jira)
Scrum or Agile project experience an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in written and spoken English
