Oversee and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns, ensuring their successful implementation and ROI.
Create and manage marketing across various channels (social or offline), ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
Identify potential partners and explore new business opportunities to drive growth and expand market reach.
Analyze market trends, customer insights and social channels to identify untapped opportunities for revenue growth.
Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, channels and activities in terms of their impact on revenue and profitability.
Work closely with sales teams to identify potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base and develop targeted marketing campaigns and strategies to promote additional products or services to current customers.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to optimize marketing budget allocation and achieve desired profit margins.
Review press releases, articles, and other marketing communications materials to effectively convey key messages.
Supervise the team and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to foster brand engagement.
Prepare insightful marketing reports by analyzing market data and competitor information and providing actionable recommendations.
Requirements:
Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational organization
Experience in digital marketing (i.e. web posting, search engine marketing) is highly desired
Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
