Lead, develop and execute trade marketing plans to achieve sales targets and increase market shares
Work with sales and brand marketing team to identify business opportunities and missing gaps
Monitor and control trade marketing spending and merchandising activities
Analyze and evaluate promotion effectiveness by sales performance and ROIs
Liaise with vendors for POP, POSM, display fixtures or any marketing materials for BTL activities
Supervise and manage a team of trade marketing and merchandising employees
Requirements
Degree holder in Marketing or any relevant disciplines
5+ years of experience in trade marketing within the FMCG sector, preferably in the beverages sector but not a must
Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Business acumen with strong analytical skills
