Banking Lawyers (3-7 PQE)

We are seeking experienced Banking Lawyers with 3 to 7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our dynamic legal team in handling a variety of banking and finance documents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating loan agreements, mortgages, collateral agreements and 

  related documentation.

- Advising clients on legal and regulatory compliance in banking transactions.

- Conducting due diligence and providing legal opinions related to banking operations.

Qualifications:

- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in banking and finance law.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as a good team player.

Candidates with less experience but suitable personal qualities will also be considered.
