As a Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant at Queue Associates, you will be pivotal in guiding clients through the selection, implementation, and operation of Business Central solutions, focusing on financial reporting, sales, purchasing, and warehouse management. You will also be involved in product demo and prospect requirements gathering as required. This role requires strong analytical skills, practical business insights, and exceptional communication skills in English and Cantonese.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Project Execution and Support:


  • Collaborate with Senior Consultants to plan, organize, and execute Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects, ensuring alignment with clients' needs.
  • Provide ongoing support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations and assist with Microsoft Dynamics NAV support as needed.


  • Client Requirement Gathering and Analysis:


  • Conduct assessments of clients’ business requirements through process flow workshops, interviews, and reports.
  • Identify challenges and potential weaknesses within clients' systems and processes, conduct root-cause analyses, and craft actionable solutions.


  • Recommendations and Solution Development:


  • Formulate recommendations that align with clients’ capabilities, requirements, and goals.
  • Communicate findings effectively through concise reports and presentations, ensuring clients receive practical and justifiable advice.


  • Project Planning and Implementation:


  • Develop detailed project plans to guide clients through the implementation process, assisting them in addressing any discrepancies or challenges.
  • Offer ongoing guidance and support to ensure smooth transitions and successful solutions integration.


  • Support and Troubleshooting:


  • Provide timely support to clients, addressing any issues that may arise and collaborating closely with the Helpdesk team to enhance customer satisfaction.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Technical and Functional Expertise:


  • Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and familiarity with industry-standard business practices.
  • Solid understanding of software implementation lifecycles, development methodologies, and technical architecture.


  • Business Intelligence and Analytics:


  • Experience with business intelligence tools, reporting, and analytics, with a strong aptitude for data interpretation and problem-solving.


  • Communication and Language Skills:


  • Fluent in English (native level) and Cantonese, with strong oral and written communication skills suited to engaging C-level executives and public groups.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.


  • Professional Skills:
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and self-motivation.
  • Professional presence suited for client-facing roles, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new business processes and applications quickly.


Language Skills: Fluent in Cantonese


Educational Background and Certifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • MB-800: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Certification
  • MB-820: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer Certification is an asset.
