- Respond to customer inquiries and provide sales quotations on aviation spare parts.
- Process customer and vendor orders, including initial order receipts, order entry, sourcing escalation, backorders, and general logistics, related to aircraft parts and services based on customer requirements.
- Find alternative solutions and guide customers to the appropriate sources to ensure complete customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the company.
