Job Period: (3 months)

• Start date: June 11, 2025
• End date: Sept 12, 2025
• Hours: Mon to Friday 9:00am-18:00pm, flexible hybrid schedule (including 1 hour lunch)

Role:

1. Lead generation – emailing & calling databases of existing clients and prospects inviting them to upcoming Japan Investment Forum in September
2. Database management – entering updates into Excel and Salesforce
3. Data acquisition - researching new companies and obtaining relevant contact details and internet research
4. Translation - English to Japanese, Japanese to English
5. Spoken - regular and frequent calling in both languages
6. Written – emails, invitations, etc.

Requirements:

1. Fluent written and spoken Japanese
2. Fluent English
3. Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
4. Job will involve time on the phone and emailing with Japanese delegates. M ust be comfortable and confident on the phones
5. Ability to coordinate with multiple tasks, attention to detail and service mind oriented
6. Professional, team player and eager to learn new skills 

Desired Skills:

1. Past experience working with events and delegate registration

2. Past experience working with salesforce

3. Past experience in financial services valuable

4. Past experience in marketing or sales valuable
