Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Hong Kong. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, assisting clients with their needs, and ensuring client satisfaction. Other daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams, developing and implementing account strategies, and monitoring account performance to achieve business goals and objectives.
Qualifications
Client relationship management and customer service skills
Experience in developing and implementing account strategies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in financial services or investment management is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
