Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the application technology research of battery pack composite materials, and provide technical solutions for lightweight or low-cost battery packs;
2. Track and collect the development trends of composite new materials at home and abroad, timely understand the development trends of the industry, and formulate technical routes and technical plans for new materials for battery packs;
3. Study the feasibility of the application of new material technology solutions from other industries and competitors in battery pack products (including technology maturity and economic benefits), and complete the forward-looking technology reserves for materials;
4. Responsible for external communication of new battery pack materials and building an industry-university-research platform for new materials;
5. Responsible for the formulation of performance test projects for new materials for battery packs, and evaluation of the performance of battery pack materials and their product reliability.

1. PhD degree (fresh graduates are welcome), major in composite materials and engineering is preferred, familiar with the principles of metal materials and non-metal materials;
2. Have a certain research foundation and keen insight into cutting-edge technologies in the field of new materials, and be able to independently collect, organize and analyze technological achievements;
3. Have good scientific research resources and can regularly facilitate industry-university-research exchanges between the company and the school;
4. Have excellent logical thinking analysis and judgment ability, innovative thinking, and be able to quickly identify problems and respond;
5. Be conscientious and responsible in work, and have strong communication and teamwork skills.
