Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hong Kong for a Captain at Club Bâtard. The Captain will be responsible for overseeing the dining room operations, managing the service staff, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for all guests, and maintaining high service standards. Additional tasks include training and mentoring staff, coordinating with the kitchen team, managing reservations, and addressing member inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality environments
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Cantonese is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or related field is preferred
