Provide HR services including but not limited to payroll, compensation & benefits and employee relations
Assist in administering HR system and preparing related reports for management’s review.
Responsible for data consolidation and analysis, and compile regular HR analytic reports.
Support the formulation and implementation of HR policies, programs and initiatives.
Assist in drafting and translating HR documents.
Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.
要求
Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
5 years HR experience in C&B area
Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other employment related ordinances
Strong computer literacy in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Good command of both written and spoken English & Cantonese
Detail-minded, well-organized and work independently
Immediately available is preferred
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
