We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team on a project-by-project basis. In this role, you will start with a paid project, collaborating with our Creative Director to design six social media posts each month. This includes two single static posts and four carousel posts (up to five slides each) during a trial period of 2-3 months.

While the requirements outlined below pertain specifically to this project, we are also eager to find someone for ongoing collaboration on future projects.

We welcome fresh graduates to apply, with a preference for candidates who have experience in multimedia design.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our Creative Director to conceptualise and create visually appealing designs for various digital materials, mainly focusing on Social Media. 

• Understand project requirements and deliver designs that effectively convey the desired message and meet the client's objectives & Brand Guidelines.

• Utilise industry-standard design software and tools to execute high-quality digital designs.

• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all materials.

• Incorporate feedback and revisions from clients and team members to refine and finalise designs.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily focusing on Illustrator and Photoshop - After Effects and Premiere Pro are a big plus).

• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in graphic design, including examples of live social media accounts.

• Knowledge of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition.

• High attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.

• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

• Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changes and revisions in design projects.

• A degree in Graphic Design (or a related art based degree) is a plus.

• For on-going projects, compensation will be project-based and negotiated on a per-project basis, considering factors such as project complexity, scope, and deliverables.
