Job Description


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Windows 10, 11 and MS office 365 trouble shooting
  • Mobile device setup and support
  • Provide high level of customer services and quality works
  • Guide users with step by step clear instructions
  • Working closely via SNOW system for new IT tickets / requests
  • Manage inventory with various brands and models of devices in HK and also Asia offices
  • Meetings, special events and video conference setup and trouble shooting
  • Install/configure patches and IT applications
  • Good at handling ad hoc requests, multi-taskings of trivial tasks/projects on daily basis.

Required:

  • Around 4+ years of experience or above in IT desktop support experience
  • Familiar with MS windows and Office365 suite
  • Highly motivated with positive mindset
  • Technical problem solving skills and also good Communication, interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented attitudes
  • Meetings rooms and Video conferencing support experience
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Mandatory expertise into MS Windows, o365 basics and Deskside services.
