Required:
Around 4+ years of experience or above in IT desktop support experience
Familiar with MS windows and Office365 suite
Highly motivated with positive mindset
Technical problem solving skills and also good Communication, interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented attitudes
Meetings rooms and Video conferencing support experience
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Mandatory expertise into MS Windows, o365 basics and Deskside services.
