2. Software use support and training
1. According to customer needs, cooperate with sales to do product pre-sale price transmission and demonstration, assist in follow-up, and ensure order closing
2. Responsible for product delivery and after-sales training to ensure customer product application and achieve customer success
3. Customize the training program according to the customer's situation, covering basic to advanced and industry application skills.
4. Use a variety of online and offline methods to help customers master the software and improve the use effect.
5. Answer customers' software use questions in real time, provide solutions, and ensure business operations.
3. Problem feedback and collaborative solution
1. Responsible for communicating with the group's production line, quickly and accurately feeding back customer problems and optimization suggestions to R&D and other departments, and promoting software improvement.
2. Assist in R&D to reproduce and test problems, provide on-site data, and speed up problem solving.
3. Cooperate with various departments to follow up the progress of problem handling, and inform customers of the results and time in a timely manner.
Fourth, market information collection and analysis
1. Pay attention to overseas construction industry trends, policies and competitive product information, and analyze data to provide reference for the company's strategy and R&D.
2. Combine the advantages of software, customer needs and industry trends, and put forward marketing and product optimization strategies.
5. Project implementation and after-sales support
1. Participate in the implementation of software overseas projects, and cooperate with the customer team to ensure that the software deployment meets the needs.
2. Provide on-site technical support and training during the implementation of the project to solve various problems.
Qualifications:
1. Education and Profession
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in architectural design, civil engineering, cost, computer and other related majors is preferred.
2. Familiar with housing construction design, familiar with cost process and work, and understand the overseas construction market.
2. Language ability
1. Proficient in Cantonese and English to communicate
2. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, CET - 4 and above is preferred.
3. Work experience
1. 1-3 years of work experience in housing construction design institute, Hong Kong permanent residence ID card, and know the cost work process, overseas work or overseas customer docking experience is preferred.
2. Familiar with the software project process, have project management experience, and be able to coordinate resources to promote the project.
Fourth, skills and qualities
1. Hold BIM Manager certificate from Hong Kong Construction Industry Association
2. Will use Glodon Cubicost series product software
3. Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to translate and convert between local customer needs and group developers.
4. Have a positive team spirit and be able to work with people from multicultural backgrounds.
5. Outstanding learning and problem-solving skills, able to quickly master new technologies, understand customer needs, and quickly match product solutions.

7. Good ability to work under pressure and be able to cope with fast-paced work.
