What will you do?

• Assist the Senior Chef in day-to-day food production
• Support the operations of a specified kitchen section
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen
• Prepare ingredients and dishes to ensure they are prepared to the correct recipes and quality
• Responsible for the stock control of food ingredients and equipment for daily usage

What do we seek in you?

• Possess at least 1 year of premium hotel experience
• Exposure in catering or culinary operations preferred
• Diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate
• A good team player with strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and Independent
