Our client, a well-established construction engineering company specializing in building construction and civil engineering works, is seeking dynamic and high-caliber professionals to join their team in Kwun Tong. We are hiring for Quantity Surveyor, Senior Quantity Surveyor, and Project Quantity Surveyor roles.


Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a variety of pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying tasks for main contracts and subcontracts.
• Collaborate with site QS teams to resolve outstanding balance accounts and ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare tender documents and provide pre-contract tendering support for diverse projects.
• Conduct in-depth cost reviews and analyses of tenders and awards to optimize project outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related disciplines.
• Experience in civil engineering works, with a proven track record in delivering results.
• Experience in managing government construction projects is an absolute must.
• Strong command of spoken and written English with excellent communication skills.
