Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing, planning and organizing recreation related activities
• Provide quality concierge services to the guests
• Handle other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Certificate or above in Hospitality Management or related discipline
• Outgoing personality, self-motivated, diligent and customer oriented
• Good spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• At least 1 year relevant experience in customer service or hospitality industry
• Previous experience in leading children activities will be an advantage
