Job Responsibilities:

• Implement, and maintain IT infrastructure solutions across multi-cloud environments, including services such as backup, database management, event monitoring, and more.
• Deploy and manage solutions for cloud-based services and enhance system automation for improved efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and support IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and achieving service level objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices for infrastructure management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies and cloud infrastructure is preferred.
• Experience with IT infrastructure design, maintenance, and support across various platforms (Windows and Linux) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
