Job Highlights

HKJC Inclusive Employment Project (Sheung Wan)

Responsibilities:
1. To conduct needs assessment to formulate individual and group goals for young adults with SEN;
2. To provide virtual-reality-based training programs for young adults with SEN;
3. To assist in the development of virtual reality app and related training materials;
4. To provide consultation or training to concerned stakeholders; and
5. To liaise and communicate with employers/corporates.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or above in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, Behavioral Health or related disciplines;
2. Experience in business sector, vocational training or support young adults with SED is an advantage;
3. Proficient in ICT application or Virtual Reality-related software applications; and
4. Ability to build up service network with stakeholders or collaborators.
