Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all e-distribution channels, ensuring accurate content, rates, and availability.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimise property listings and reviews.
• Develop and implement revenue management strategies based on market analysis and best practices.
• Design promotional offers for online sales channels, focusing on OTAs.
• Prepare reports and analyse segment and channel performance to identify revenue growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with hotel teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Provide training and support on e-distribution tools and online sales platforms.

Job Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in reservations, revenue management, or e-commerce within the hotel industry or at OTAs.
• Strong knowledge of PMS, channel managers, and revenue management systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Chinese Word Processing.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Revenue and Distribution Manager position.
