• Help desk support - Level 1 trouble shooting and resolution to application problem
• Frontline diagnostic of problem
• Recommendation on improving performance on the PC & network
• Reinstallation of software system when necessary or for new installation of PC hardware / software / services
• Maintaining an updated problem and log change for each network at each user site
• Periodic virus-checking service
• Create or modify printer server or print queue
• Set-up new user accounts, policy and security
• Trustee Directory / File assignments
• Daily check list
• Error log checking and reporting

OS/Software Support Jobs (MS Windows & general OA software)

• Basic MS Windows 10 administration
• Software re-installation or re-configuration 
• Handle general software problems
• User data backup/restoration

Operation Jobs

• Patching
• Run script
• Report generation
• Report distribution
• Backup & restore
• System monitoring
• System backup issues
• Anti-virus virus signature update (Symantec)
• Time synchronization (check system time)

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge in Microsoft Office & Windows
• Experience in IT system adminisration as an advantage
• Self-motivated, hardworking with good interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
