Perform full employment cycle from hiring, on boarding, staff development and promotion to off boarding
Explore new and innovative talent sourcing channels to fulfill recruitment needs
Plan and execute recruitment-related activities such as job fairs and recruitment talks
Work closely with line managers on developing recruitment strategies to support business objectives
Prepare and compile HR analytical reports for management review
Maintain timely and accurate staff record in HRIS
Plan and execute HR initiatives and projects such as employee wellness programmes and employee recognition program, etc.
Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements :
Diploma/ Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
1-2 years’ relevant experience in HR field; preferably with solid experience in mass recruitment or labor intensive industry
Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinances and other HR related legislation
Proactive, detail oriented, with a strong drive to produce result
Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong customer services mindsets
Proficient in MS Office applications and database management skills
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer
