Financial Management: Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
Strategic Planning: Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and the board, develop business plans, and advise on strategic initiatives.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to tax, legal, and regulatory requirements, and maintain internal controls.
Reporting: Prepare management accounts, financial statements, and reports, and present insights to senior leadership.
Budgeting: Coordinate the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, and report on variances.
Audit: Manage the preparation of annual financial statements and coordinate with external auditors.
Payroll and Tax: Handle payroll processing, VAT, and income tax returns.
Qualifications:
University degree in Accounting with CPA qualification.
At least 12 years of work experience
Must be already based in London or Europe.
Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
No remote work policy
