A leading client-side organisation is now expanding their operations in Hong Kong and looking for a hands-on operations & maintenance background candidate in HVAC/ MVAC/ cooling system.

Your new role

• Oversee and manage the daily operations, maintenance, administration and repairs of facility building services system, especially in HVAC, MVAC and Cooling System
• Manage renovation, repair & maintenance, A&A and improvement works
• Develop corresponding O&M strategy and best practices to drive continuous improvement
• Prepare corresponding tendering documents and manage related contractors and suppliers on their performance

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor or above in electrical, mechanical, electronics, building services or relevant engineering disciplines
  
• Min. 12 years above in operations and maintenance scope
  
• Extensive experience in either HVAC/ MVAC/ Cooling System
  
• Chartereship is preferred, but not a MUST
