• Property subsidiary of a Hong Kong-based conglomerate, mainly covering commercial and industrial properties.

Your new role

• Preparing journal entries, supporting schedules, and both statutory and management financial statements with note disclosures.
• Consolidating and preparing interim and annual financial statements for the Group and designated head office entities.
• Conducting variance analysis and creating supporting schedules for the consolidated income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis.
• Preparing budgets for the head office entities.
• Providing analysis and insights for various assignments and ad hoc projects as required.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree holder in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
• CPA Qualified or with relevant qualifications
• 5 years of group finance experience plus Big 4 / Big 10 background
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
