A top-tier Chinese insurer is looking for a marketing expert with marketing analytics, product proposition & strategy, and product marketing experience to develop the digital marketing plan for the Chinese and Hong Kong markets.

Your new role

• Develop and refine product propositions that resonate with the target audience in both Hong Kong and China.
  
• Create and implement effective digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
  
• Design and manage the digital marketing roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and market trends.
  
• Develop and execute detailed digital marketing plans, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns.
  
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in both Hong Kong and China.
  
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  
• Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, with a strong track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  
• Extensive working experience in both Hong Kong and China markets.
  
• In-depth knowledge of Chinese digital marketing trends and platforms.
  
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  
• Proficient in written and spoken Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
