Who should apply

We are seeking a senior commercial/corporate solicitor who has experience in handling general commercial transactions. Many of the transactions will involve Hong Kong property underlying assets so experience in such area is a definite advantage.  The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and be a leader of a team.  He/she should also be able to communicate effectively with corporate clients and navigate transactions in a business friendly, practical and cost efficient manner.  There would be deals in sale/purchase of companies, joint ventures, restructuring and advice on corporate governance, employment and some simple tax issues.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of Post-Qualification Experience or above
• Experience in advising developers an advantage
• Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
• Exposure to mainland corporate scene is an advantage
