Key Responsibilities

• Support trustee services for Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) & Occupational Retirement Schemes Ordinance (ORSO), covering aspects of advisory on scheme and fund administration and take charges of client relationship with scheme sponsors for designated accounts
• Administer the eMPF portal to maintain MPF scheme records and the ORSO portal to manage ORSO transfers
• Collaborate with the team members and Pension Services Department on governance matters to ensure MPF and ORSO under trusteeship operates according to scheme rules and legislation
• Responsible for day-to-day operations including but not limited to prepare management reports, validate and compliance checking of fund operations, conduct analytic reviews and research and perform due diligence on service providers and scheme sponsors
• Participate in new clients onboarding and transition and sales pitch for ORSO trustee business
• Take up tasks and projects as assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder or above in relevant discipline
• Minimum 7 years of work experience in pension compliance and administration
• Experience in Macau Private Pension Fund is an advantage
• Good understanding of the regulatory requirements or risk management for MPF & ORSO products
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
