My client is within the health care business and they have just moved into a brand new office near Central. They have an opening for a receptionist to join their team. This is a stable position with work life balance for the right candidate
Description
The receptionist will have the following duties
Meet and greet incoming visitors in a professional manner
Handle all incoming phone calls, emails, mails and courier in the front desk
Support reception area and meeting rooms to ensure the bookings are organised and maintain the cleanliness of the space
Support administrative tasks including report preparation and data consolidation
Arrange company internal activities
Perform other tasks as assigned
Profile
The Receptionist will have the following background
Higher Education in business administration or relevant
Fresh grads will be considered for this role, but ideally 1-2 years customer service experience
Excellent customer service manner and welcoming attitude
Proficient in spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin) and English
Strong team player to work with other receptionists and departments, flexible, proactive and with good time management skill
