Job Description

We seek a dependable Sales Support Manager to join BlueOnion, a leader in advanced screening and analytics solutions for both public and private markets.  

 

This position reports to 

C-Suite Executive 

 

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will support the C-Suite Executive, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive sales and foster strong customer relationships, focusing on delivering innovative solutions and contributing to business growth. You also meet with existing potential clients to discuss services and negotiate contracts, respond to their inquiries and concerns, address their requests, resolving complex customer RFPs to maximize efficiency and productivity to meet target goals and increase sales volume. 

 

This role supports the C-Suite Executive and contributes to the BlueOnion Sales Team across all regions. 

  •   Developing and following sales plans to meet or exceed targets, including forecasting, reviewing key projects, and managing quotations. 
  •   Building and maintaining strong customer relationships by visiting regularly, communicating proactively, and solving problems effectively. 
  •   Focusing on increasing profitable orders and improving installed base coverage by providing tailored solutions and services.
  •   Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales support, marketing, R&D, and product management, to meet customer needs and offer feedback for product improvements. 
  •   Ensuring smooth delivery of projects and services and addressing post-sale issues to maintain customer satisfaction.

 

Qualifications for the role

  • You are highly skilled in sales support and relationship management.
  • Ability to demonstrate your analytical and strategic thinking skills to create and implement effective sales plans.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • You are at ease communicating in English, verbal and written.
  • Willingness to travel to meet customers and support sales activities.
