工作职责:
1、负责物业的维修、保养和改善工作。做好勘查,确定工程的项目和内容,制定维护和整改工程方案和计划
2、负责物业安全生产,定期巡查物业,排除消防安全隐患,制定整改方案和措施,并落实执行和完成
3、负责其他日常物业管理事宜,包括:参加业主会、处理各项纠纷和房契、租约、合同等文件资料归档等工作
4、参与物业的盘活处置,新拓展的项目等相关工作
任职要求:
1、大学毕业以上学历,相关物业管理工作经验2年以上,持有地产代理或物业管理牌照优先
2、具有良好的沟通和协调能力
3、责任心强,具团队合作精神,须外勤和内地工作
4、中英文流利,文字能力良好,熟悉各种办公软件的运用
