    工作職責 Job Duties and Responsibilities
    • 提供中學駐校服務及在單位支援服務
    • 為中學生提供個案輔導、諮詢服務及小組活動，支援老師及家長處理學生需要
    • 處理服務相關的行政工作
    • 支援機構/單位服務/執行其他指派的工作
    入職要求 Entry Requirements
    主修科目 Study Fields：

    - 須具認可社會工作學士學位或以上

    知識及技能 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities：

    - 對中學服務有認識
    - 熟悉青少年的特質及需要
    - 具備良好溝通技巧及個案輔導知識
    - 具備良好策劃及活動推行技巧，能獨立與學校聯繫和協作
    - 具備良好中英文書寫及說話能力
    - 具多元興趣及青年工作技能或有帶領活動經驗優先考慮

    證書、許可證及註冊 Certificate, License and Registration：

    - 已根據社會工作者註冊條例登記成為註冊社工

    個人特質 Personal Attributes：

    - 自律及具責任感
    - 細心、具敏銳觀察力，勤奮好學
    - 主動積極、正向思維，勇於面對困難及承擔挑戰
    - 具備良好的溝通能力，能獨立應對學校輔導工作的日常所需
    - 了解青年需要，對青年工作具熱誠
